Intake:  We do an initial interview with each individual who will be involved with the mediation.  This is usually in-person, but can be done over the phone if necessary.

Schedule:  We work with everyone involved to find the best time to meet - using technology to include those far away.

Location:  We will arrange to meet you at your home or chosen location to ensure your comfort.

Payment:  Payment is expected at the time services are rendered.

Our Process

  • Provides a forum for decision-making with groups
  • It is private, confidential and voluntary.
  • Mediators facilitate a directed conversation so participants can express interests and concerns.
  • The mediator is a skilled neutral facilitator who does not provide advice or "take sides".
  • The goal of mediation is to come to a mutually acceptable resolution to problematic issues.
